I am trying to download the "PurgePendingUpdate" from Discord, however either Discord is broken or there is no way to download this tool from here:

The issue is that even though there are no pending updates, the OCLP root patcher gives me the following error messages:
- Starting Patch Process - Determining Required Patch set for Darwin 24 - Verifying whether Root Patching possible - Patcher is capable of patching - Local PatcherSupportPkg resources available, continuing... - Running sanity checks before patching - SystemVersion.plist build version mismatch: found 11.0 (20A5354i), expected 15.4 (24E248) An update is in progress on your machine and patching cannot continue until it is cancelled or finished - Unmounting root volume - Failed sanity checks, cannot continue with patching!!! - Please ensure that you do not have any updates pending Thank you very much in advance!
