passwords app crashing after updating to Sequoia 15.4 and OCLP 2.3.1

anyone else having issues with the Passwords app after updating? Safari also crashes when the Passwords prompt shows up to autofill my password. I have a MacBook Pro 14.2 (2017 model). please help!
