Is RAM upgrade after OCLP installation possible or should I start over?

My iMac14,2 (27", late 2013) with 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD currently runs OCLP2.2.0/15.3.2) ... Now I would like to upgrade to 32 GB RAM. Is/how this possible within the existing installation, or do I need to go back to Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina, upgrade RAM and then reinstall & restore Sequoia? Any advice greatly appreciated.
