Is it possible to install multiple macOS versions through Open Core?

... like e.g. Ventura + Sonoma + Sequoia, each of them on its own APFS volume, each of them installed through OCLP because they are not officially supported on the given Mac.

I especially like to know that for my Mac Mini 2012, but I also own two other Mac models where I might use OpenCore.
