Which mac os on 2011 MBP (i7, 2,7 Ghz, 16GB Ram) for smoothest experience?

I am running macOs Ventura on my MBP. Pretty ok perforfmance. But i think i reached the limit with macOs Ventura.

Nevertheless i am asking myself, would it be worth upgrading the old lady to macOs 14 or even macOs 15?

Any benefits? Would my system run significantly slower with macOs sonoma or macOS Sequoia
