I've tried in Sequoia, Sonoma and Ventura and in all of them, playing Youtube videos fullscreen in Safari stutters and flickers weirdly. For reference, i have a 2012 unibody 15 inch MBP with 2,3 ghz i7, 8gb ram.
I also discovered this doesn't happen if you go into cinema mode first and then fullscreen??!! So at least i've found a sloution, but weird nonetheless
