While maybe not directly related to OCLP, has anyone encountered and resolved a hard drive locked when doing an upgrade?

Given: Model Identifier: MacBookPro 11,4 / Retina mid-2015

System Version: macOS 12.7.6 (21H1320) - Monterrey

Trying to upgrade (not install as new, as I have some encrypted w/Veracrypt folders on the HD, for which I have no external place to move at this time) to Sequoia, using the latest version of OCLP (2.2.0). All is fine, until final reboot and trying to chose the HD to upgrade, which shows "locked".

• Disk Utility shows no option to unlock
• FileVault is off
• There is no firmware password

Any idea on how to fix, short of erasing and redoing the HD (which may or may not fix, unless I understand why the problem exists)?
