Which OS for Air 2017 i5 version?

Hi guys, my old windows notebook finally died and i was handed down basicly not used (87 cycles) Mac Air 2017 with i5 chip and 8gb RAM.

Latest supported OS should be Monterey but i was wondering should i install any later version. I use it mainy for web, office work and maybe some easy games like hearthstone from time to time to kill time when im traveling.

Anyone has tested any later OS than Monterey with no impact on performance? .. I have read that Sequoia can be a bit slow on this so asking for advice.
