Updating from a earlier version of Sonoma to the latest version of Sonoma

I’m running Sonoma 14.4 on my MacBook Pro mid 2012 2.6ghz i7, is there a quick easy way to update to the latest version of Sonoma 14.7, I think that’s the latest? Can I do an update without a complete fresh reinstall? Will I have to do a completely fresh install and then do a restore? Thanks
