Please help

I got OCLP installed on my 2014 Mac and just need a refresher cause I left it alone but what do I click on to check if there’s updates for OCLP is it ‘create macOS installer’ the guy that put it in my laptop told me to open OCLP once in a while to check if there’s update and update it but he never told me what to look for to update it.
