I do not recall when I updated the latest versions of Sequoia and iOS. iOS is automatic and I usually upgrade macOS within a week or two of release. However, at some point after Dec 18, my iPhone has gotten lost from the Photos app. Dec 18 was my last photo dump. The iPhone is seen in finder. It gets trusted. I can back iOS up. Power is provided. So it's not the cable or the USB port. This has always worked. The issue is that the Photos app now no longer "sees" the iPhone, making it impossible for me to back up my photos. This is a minor disaster moving forward. Does anyone have any relevant information that may help me? I am not aware of any changes to my software that may have provoked this behaviour. OpenCore-Patcher app 2.2.0 is dated December 13, so I do not believe this is the cause given a subsequent Photos dump. [link] [comments] |
