Macbook Pro Retina 13" Late 2013 - Which OS ?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for advice on which operating system would be the most suitable for office-related tasks. I mostly use my computer for word processing, spreadsheets, email, and occasional video calls.
Sequoia or Ventura ??
