Is it possible to have a dual boot 2015 iMac running El Capitan (Native) and Ventura (OpenCore Legacy Patcher)?

Here’s the thing…

1.- My knowledge: I’ve been a computer user for over 30 years (PC and Mac), and I normally use Windows about 70% of the time and the remaining 30% I use Mac. I consider myself a Windows expert, but not really a Mac expert. However, I have a total of 16 computers at home, half of which are Mac, and I’ve been able to upgrade them using OCLP just following video tutorials.

2.- The problem: I have some very specific licensed professional software that do not run beyond Mac OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan. I’m talking about 5 programs that are not only very expensive, but also extremely important to me and which I use every day.

3.- The candidates (if possible): Years ago, I purchased 3 late 2015 iMacs that came up running El Capitan. I was lucky that my licensed software worked on El Capitan as smoothly as it did on previous Mac OS X releases, but when I upgraded to macOS 10.12 Sierra I had the problem I mentioned, so I decided to go back to El Capitan because to me, it was more important the software than the actual OS.

I am not a demanding person and I’ve been using those iMacs running El Capitan all these years, but since no web browser fully supports El Capitan anymore (I’ve tried them all), last year I decided to upgrade almost all my stuff to Sequoia using OpenCore Legacy Patcher. Now I have a bunch of Macs running Sequoia and working fine but without the software that I use the most, and a couple of iMacs still running my software just fine on El Capitan but without web browsing.

Now, would it be possible to make those iMacs dual boot on both El Capitan and Ventura? So I can just switch from one OS to the other without having to switch computers. Why Ventura? Just because I love it. It could be El Capitan / Sonoma, or El Capitan / Sequoia, that’s not important, I just love Ventura.

BTW: I also had to purchase new licenses for all the Adobe software I also use, which is very unfair. You pay a lot of money for a software and then when you upgrade your OS the software is not compatible with your new macOS. That’s why I mainly use Windows, because the same software I’m having problems with, works just fine on either Windows 7, 10 and 11.
