i5-1035G1 Graphics Acceleration not working

As title suggests, I cannot get graphics acceleration to work on my Surface Laptop Go (i5/256/16).

Have tried spoofing device ID but not luck. Installer boots and loads fine but when I use Safari or drag windows around, there is no graphics acceleration.
