hi, i installed macOS ventura and i applied the root patches but safari still lags while scrolling in web browsing. how can i fix it?

• I tried to upgrade to sequoia and the problem remained

• I tried reapplying the root patch several times but the problem remained

• I also activated the additional graphics card (Radeon Pro 455 2gb) but nothing changed.
