Existing OCLP Sequoia Install but upgrade SSD

Hi

Sorry for the basic question but I plan on upgrading my SSD in my 2015 MBP. Can I simply recover a Time Machine backup of my OCLP Sequoia setup onto the larger SSD? I think part of my problem is that I don't actually use Time Machine.
