Error while checking installer in USB pendrive

After several installation attempts, I always meet this error when verifying the USB in its last creation stage.

It cannot be the pen drive since it is new and of good brand, I have formatted in Fat32 but the same, error.
The machine that I want to make Update is a MBP 5.3 (Core Duo 2), Captain OSX is installed and would like to make UPDATE to Monterrey, since at the moment I do not have a USB hub to use a more current version.

I used the latest version 2.2.0 and error, the same, tried with a lower version 2.1.2 but the same error persist. The laptop hard drive is a new one, it is a Samsung SSD 870 Evo.
I uploading the error message in case someone understands more of the subject.

Not even as a beginner I had problems by installing the Opensuse in another partition of the laptop. The hard drive was been formatted again, with one single partition was created and I made a copy carbon with the Captain OSX installed and operating correctly.
