Error installing OCLP Sequoia onto mid 2012 15” Macbook Pro

Ive been trying to install MacOS Sequoia onto a mid 2012 15” Macbook Pro, using OCLP. Once I try to create installer, onto 64gb Flash Drive, I end up getting this message.

This has happened 3 times over the last 2 days, on 2 separate 64gb usb flash drives.

I am trying to figure out whats causing this so I can fix this.

Has anyone else encountered anything like this with Open Core Legacy Patcher?

If so, how did you fix it?
