Big Graphics glitch installing Sequoia on MacBook Pro 9.2

My 10th time installing Open Core LP on A1278 laptop , 8 times no issue with previous OS,,but both times with Sequoia 15.2 on MacBook Pro 9.2 it runs 1/20th speed of all others, and only uses 3MB of graphics of 1538 MB intel graphics? Any one know the cause or fix, I’ll need detailed instructions bc not an Apple expert
