BCM94360 works fine in Mojave in MacPro5,1 but shows NULL with OCLP

As titled, I have stable system with BCM94360 with Mojave.

When I installed Monterey, bluetooth shows not working yet my trackpad is working, thus only click and pointer works. Is this normal behavior with my chipset?

OCLP shows no patching required.
