Wierd Hackintosh Error

Hello Community,
A noob here, Please Help Me
i am building a Opencore hackintosh for my pc specs -
i5-4430
Nvida GT 610(Disabled it through BIOS as it is not supported)
Intel HD 4600
using a Wifi Apadter - TP Link some model. It is working fine on Catalina using a Github Driver.

I am currently Running on Mac OS Catalina.
As Catalina is out of support I was trying to update it to Big Sur and Sonama(Also tried Ventura and Monterey) But I ended up in same error again and again. After the 2-3 Reebot on the apple logo which shows 22 minutes remaning then it throws this error. Image attached.
I also tried upgrading it through the System Upgrade and Also tried Fresh Install. Same error on both.
I tried installing through the Current EFI which is Running on catalina and Github EFI's Also Link Also Given. My Current EFI Attached. Can anyone help me? I am really Annoyed to use Catalina.
