When under load my iMac goes to sleep

iMac 15,1 running Sonoma.

Since updating to Corelegacypatcher from the legacy OS my iMac will go to sleep when under extreme load.

According to the logs the iMac thinks the battery has reached 0%

"Sleep state due to 'Low Power Sleep': Using AC (Charge:0%)"
