Stuck in loading page with apple logo when updating from 14.6.1 to 14.7.2 by USB flash drive (MacBook Pro Mid-2014 13.3”) via OCLP 2.2.0

Hi all,

My MacBook Pro mid-2014 13.3 (A1502) got stuck to 1/3 of the loading bar with apple white logo when using the latest OCLP (via USB flash drive) to update the MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1 to 14.7.2. I have even tried to install the KDK (ie the root patcher)by booting it into safe mode and reboot the MacBook again but it still stuck in that screen and cannot load the OS to the login screen.

I wonder should I upgrade my OS to Sequoia if it can’t update from 14.6.1 to 14.7.2. I worry this could even make it worse? I prefer to update it to 14.7.2 but it stuck into the loading page unfortunatel.
