Quick Question for these two parts wifi card

Hi there, I wanted to inquire if these two components will function seamlessly, irrespective of the WiFi card having four antenna prong connectors and the WiFi PCIe card having only three antenna prongs. My friend who’s assisting me in finalizing my Hackintosh EFI configuration mentioned that it should work, but I wanted to double-check and ensure my understanding.
