Please help, tried upgrading from Big Sur to Ventura on 2014 iMac 27" but after install it went straight into Target Mode ...

Hi, hoping someone can please help, I followed a Mr Macintosh video meticulously to upgrade from Big Sur to Ventura on my 2014 27" iMac Retina but after running the installer instead of going to a log-in screen it went straight into Target Mode. I dont have another Mac and couldnt exit this so powered off and then couldnt re-boot. I can access Disk Utility, Terminal etc from Internet Recovery but my Fusion drive and Macintosh HD drive container/volume have all disappeared so I cant re-run the installer, reinstall an OS or restore from Time Machine as there is no drive available. I can see the physical Apple SSD with disc0s2 underneath and Apple HDD with disk1s2 below in Disk Utility. Neither disc1 or 2 can be mounted, I get disenter error 119930868 for both. I've run First Aid and Diagnostics on all visible drives with no errors reported and I've never had any problems with the Fusion Drive, has always run like a dream.

I'm not sure how to proceed now...? Is there anything I can try without erasing the drives and if so which one should I erase to try to reinstall Big Sur from Internet Recovery...? Do I need to recreate the Fusion Drive and if so how...? Really dont know what to do now so any advice would be really appreciated, thank you!
