OCLP Sequoia on rMBP: high stress, battery drain, and overheating – is sonoma any better?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been testing macOS Sequoia for over a month on my MacBook Pro 2014 (i7, 16GB, Iris Pro 5200 only) with OCLP. The system feels constantly under stress: the battery drains very quickly (despite being new), the Mac heats up fast, and fans go full speed even with light tasks like Safari.

I’m now reverting to Mojave, but I’m wondering: is Sonoma any better on this hardware with OCLP?
