Mbp mid 2010

Hi i have tried all macos monterey-sonoma and The all seem kinda slow , even when idling it gets kinda hot , browsing îs almost unasable or every task just kinda kills it , i should mention i dont have a battery installed but i tried to disable firmware thrtotling în opencore. Its a mbp mid 2010
