Live text is not working in sequoia 15.0.1

I recently update the patch using oclp 2.1.2 and after the update I cannot use the live text option in my Mac and the live text feature is on in my Mac what to do guys that's one of the reasons I use oclp patches and updated the Mac OS in my 2015 MacBook Pro 15 inch
