Intel Hd Graphics 530 problem with vram (Repost)

Basically I'm getting 4mb of vram and transparency effects are off and not even Catalina can work well.updated the kexts, messed around in the plist etc. Here are my specs

Intel core i3 6100(6th gen)

Intel HD graphics 530

8gb ddr4 ram

PowerX H110 mobo

It's so bad that I tried hackintoshing with a 10 year old laptop and it works better
