DMG are not executing. 2.2.0 Patcher

I Installed Sequoia 15.2 on 15" MacBook Pro 2016 Touch Bar. 2.2.0 Patcher/.

Everything seems like working very well including Touch Bar. Ofcource not the one have already known issue.

I did a fresh install and now I am downloading the apps I use mostly and not all of them I can execute.

I try to do it with admin privileges and also looked verify at System Settings>Privacy & Security>Security> App Store & known developer> no option to click open. Also no error or indication whatsoever.

One of the app I tried i.e Trading view app

I was not able to create a bug on GitHub as I am not a contributor. I think reporting bug is contributing.

Hope someone has the answer or solution.
