Back to native os without OpenCore patcher, question ?

Hello OpenCore-Patcher people,

I have a computer with an Intel MacBook Pro (2017 with Touch Bar) and I want to do a clean format.

What is the easiest and smoothest way to do it? Should I download the operating system it supports (Big Sur) and create a USB to remove everything for a clean install, or do I need to create a USB from the OpenCore app and do it that way?

Any tips are appreciated!
