Why does this app only work on mac? Seems like it would be pretty useful to just be able to download the OS of your choosing on windows, install to usb and then patch, and then take that to your mac to install.
I had a mac so outdated that i was stuck on mavericks and couldn’t download opencore or even update to the next macos version. Took a lot of messing around just to get the media created. I actually had to do an Internet recovery even before that which is just one more step.
Unfortunately i didn’t have another mac to just make the media from.
Is there a reason the app is mac only????
