Ventura install didn’t work , options?

Downloaded open core on my 2017 Mac air (7,2) loaded Ventura on the flash drive and booted, wiped the drive and went to install Ventura only to get the unexpected an error occurred when preparing install. Tried resetting everything but still won’t install. Now when booting I have these 3 options but can’t figure out how to do just a normal os load, ideas? No other Mac in the house.
