I didn't imagine this would work, especially because Monterey is supported natively, and Sequoia uses OCLP, plus Bootcamp, but it's working great. Monterey is the last OS that supports eGPU on my Mac Pro, so having it is a great option.
I also didn't know that by using volumes instead of partitions that you don't have to put a hard limit on the partition size. Very cool.
