Stuck on progress bar when installing Sequoia 15.1 (iMac 2011 27”) , how to fix?

I’ve installed Sequoia on couple Macs before. But for this iMac 12,2 (2011) I just can’t figure out why this happened.

Booted with Sequoia installer via OCLP bootloader, installed the OS, and when trying to boot up and continue the rest of installation, it stuck on this last reboot with only a dot of white line has loaded. Tried to reinstalled couple times and still can’t get past this point.

Spec: iMac 2011 27” 8GB Ram (4x2GB) SATA 128GB SSD replaced (I assume) - in disk utility it only show I have a “SATA flash drive 120GB”

Anyone have the same issue? Or any solution to this?
