MacOS on what PC?

Hi Guys! I am looking at app development for iOS devices on a windows machine. I have two Windows machines at home. I‘d prefer first trying it on my laptop if compatible. Is there still no possibility to use Nvdia Cards? Tower PC:

4070ti

64 Gb ram

2x2Tb ssd nvme M.2

Laptop:

IdeaPad 5

AMD ryzen 5 5500

Radeon graphics
