MacBook Pro 2015 (13) too warm with macOS Sequoia?

Hi, with the help of Open Core Legacy Patcher I installed the current macOS Sequoia on my old MacBook Pro from 2015 (13 inch). It ran quite hot with the fans audible way more than with the last official supported macOS version Monterey. Though my battery is in a pretty bad shape too. Did others also make that experience with the MacBook getting too hot? Reading a lot of success stories
