Intel bluetooth not working on Big Sur

My Hardware:

z170n-wfi

wifi/bluetooth combo card Intel 8260NGW

core i5 6600k

NVIDIA GTX760

Big Sur 11.7.10

I had bluetooth working fine but accidentally deleted the EFI partition, with no backup, while trying to install windows.

So I am rebuilding the EFI. I got everything working except bluetooth.

The System Report shows all the USB ports and the wifi card but in the Bluetooth section: "no information found".

1. I remapped the USB ports

2. Installed the following kexts: IntelBTPatcher, IntelBluetoothFirmware, IntelBluetoothInjector.

3. Have the latest Lilu, VirtualSMC, WhateverGreen kexts

4. Rebuilt the config.plist with the upgrades.

What am I missing?
