Installing OCPL'd Seqouia to an SSD to update the old one.

Hi to all my fellow conscious Mac users. Is there a Way to install the OS in the new SSD as I have it currently running? I mean installed apps, accounts, etc.

If there's so, please, point me in the right direction.
