If I already have a flash drive with an unsupported MacOS version installed on it, do I proceed to install OCLP to both disks?

a while back, I formatted my 32GB PNY Flash Drive and installed MacOS Monterey on it during the setup process of OCLP. If I already have an unsupported MacOS version on my flash drive, do I proceed with installing OpenCore to both disks?
