Full Screen browser glitch issue

Hey guys. I have a 13” 2011 MBA it says it has an “Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB”. I’m running Ventura with opencore. Whenever I open a browser into full screen the top inch or so part of the screen starts spazzing out. Does anyone have any recommendations or know the cause of this?
