Do iOS and Mac features work together on hackintosh?

I have an iPhone on iOS 18.1 and my laptop hack is on Sonoma. Should features like AirDrop, Handoff and continuity work on their own or does my hack require extra configurations other than just turning the features on?
My WIFI and Bluetooth are working fine and both are on the same wifi network.
