Can I create a macOS installer for my mac using a PC?

Tl;Dr: After trying to install Sequoia on my MacBook Pro 15 2015 and wiping my NVME SSD in the process, I started the question mark boot error and could no longer install the internet recovery macOS (Sierra) because that one doesn't recognize NVMEs. I found an OpenCore Guide for creating a macOS installer on Windows but eventually noticed it seems to meant for Hackintoshs. Can I still use that one or will it be incompatible with an actual Mac?

I tried installing Sequoia on a MacBook Pro 15 from 2015 and of course something went wrong with my luck after already having wiped the SSD, I started getting the boot error screen with the question mark and now I have to reinstall any MacOS to be able to use the MacBook at all.

Problem is since it has an NVME SSD the internet recovery version of MacOS you can download, that being Sierra, doesn't recognize the drive at all and doesn't allow me to install MacOS onto it. I've tried temporarily installing it onto a 32GB flash drive and that didn't work either.

I've been obediently following this OpenCore guide for creating installers on Windows and only realized halfway through that that's mainly meant for Hackintosh users to carry out on their PC.

I created the base installation and EFI files and loaded them onto my 32GB flash drive accordingly to the instructions, after that I also went as far as to install a plephora of the kexts and other files in the "Gathering files" section, before eventually finally realizing most of these are specifcally meant for PCs. Do I just delete those again and keep the base files and go right over to trying to install macOS that way or will it cause issues? I wouldn't mind having to repeat the entire OpenCore process on the MacBook and formatting it again, as long as it will actually work then.
