Boot open core

Because when I press ALT, Macintosh HD and Windows appear. And to open Mac OS I have to click on Windows and then on Mac OS Sonoma, just like in the video. I have Windows on a bootcamp partition. I had it before installing open core and updating my Mac OS partition. If I select the Macintosh HD volume, it gives an error...Mac OS Sonoma does work for me. I've been using it for months now.
