Best version of MacOS to install on this pc?

Hi everyone,

I want to hackintosh my old pc, but i don't know which macOS version i should install.

Here are the specs:

CPU: Intel I5 3rd gen

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 4500

Ram: 8GB

Storage: 1TB

Ethernet: Intel Ethernet

Motherboard: ASRock(a very old one)

With these specs can i install macOS bigsur or i need an older version? and then after i installed macOS, can i upgrade with OCLP?
