Best OS for MBP

Hey, what OS would you recommend for MacBook Pro A1398 Mid 2015, i7 16GB/256GB, Iris Pro? Currently running Monterey.

Any experience running Adobe software on Sonoma/Sequoia, is it stable or laggy?
