I get this error "An error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again.", and this happened after i have formatted the main disk which had MacOS Catalina and am trying to install MacOS Ventura following this youtube tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sz0Red_HN4
immediately after booting the EFI Boot after entering the recovery mode, i entered disk utility, erase disk (an SSD) and then trying to install macOS ventura, After clicking agree and selecting disk to continue, i just get this error,

Now i don't know how to go about fixing this since my wifi isn't connecting in recovery mode but before recovery mode i can select network

I downloaded the ventura .pkg file on my windows using link copied from open core legacy and moved it to my mac and installed, then use existing macOS installer on the open core legacy
