AirPods 3 stuttering audio with rMBP Sequoia (and OCLP?)

Hi you all!

I'm using AirPods 3 on my MacBook Pro (2014 but Sequoia with OCLP) and my iPhone 13. Every once in a while the audio coming from my MacBook becomes stuttering and doing on and off.

To get around the problem I have to disconnect the AirPods from my iPhone, and MAYBE it will start not to stutter again.

If I factory reset the AirPods and/or unpair them from both the iPhone and the Mac I get a period of time of flawless audio but then the problem arises again.
Is this an OCLP related problem?

Is this a common problem and there some known way to fix it?
