Accidentally Installed EFIs On Several HDs

Hey everyone,

as you may noticed, I am new to the OCLP community and immedately made a (several) mistakes. During the last few weeks I installed OCLP on a clean new SSD with Sonoma and everything is working fine so far. BUT, whenever there was an OCLP update I accidentally installed (mounted) and EFI on one of my other 4 internal Hard Drives. This is not a problem as long as I use my SSD with Sonoma, it starts perfectly. But I still use my previous system (Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave), so I physically change the SSDs in slot number 1 of my Mac Pro 5,1. The thing is, the Mac doesn't boot Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave automatically. If I do nothing, the computer just shuts off after a few seconds. When I hold down the "option/alt" key, I get the boot picker as usual and I choose the HD "Macintosh HD 1", which you can see on the left of the attached photo. Then Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave loads and everything works as usual. So, the question is: how do I remove the EFIs from the other internal HDs and make my old system (Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave) boot automatically again, without always holding down the option key during the start and pick the Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave HD?

Just to be clear, the SSD with Sonoma is removed from the Mac when I use my Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave HD. On my Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave HD there is no OCLP installed. It is just a regular standard installed OS. Attached is a photo of the boot picker, there are 3 EFIs installed, each on a different internal HD/SSD. I wanna delete these. My Sonoma SSD won't be effected, Sonoma, OCLP and the EFI are installed on ONE SSD.

Alternativly I am fine with leaving the EFIs where they are, but how can I make the Mac Pro to automatically choose the "Macintosh HD 1" for booting?

Thanks a lot in advance!
