Weird reboots in intel NUC

Hi! I have an intel NUC 8i7BEH hackintosh with Sonoma 14.7 for about one month. From the beggining the nuc had random reboots after 1-2 hours of use, mostly when idle, but also when in use, with no kernel panics or error messages, just reboot. First I thought that it could be an electrical problem, so in the meanwhile I wait for a replacement PSU I discovered that having iTunes playing music in the background the NUC didn't rebooted. Now the system has an uptime of 50 hours and going... Any ideas of what could be happening? I double checked bios configurations, made multiple times the EFI, but the only "solution" I found was keeping iTunes in the background.

My specs:

Intel NUC 8i7BEH

CPU: Intel Core i7 8559-U

iGPU: Intel Iris Plus 655

RAM: 32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

SSD: 256GB Gigabyte NVMe

(Sorry about my bad english, greetings from Chile)
